Buckle up because Oregon is WILD. Every year the thousands of people from Portland- who seem to just love being naked, host a naked bike ride which is basically the equivalent of Christmas and go on a communal ride around the city. Talk about freedom. Slightly less exciting is the fact that Oregon has no sales tax. I mean, that is pretty awesome though. Oregon is one of only five states that does this. The others are Alaska, Montana, New Hampshire, and Delaware. So when something costs $5.99 that is the final cost… shoppers heaven. On top of all that, Oregon is impeccably beautiful; it has waterfalls, surfing, skiing, pretty much everything. Oregonians may argue about which craft beer is the best seeing as Portland has more breweries than any other city, or which secret hiking spot has the most perfect views but many people from here will argue Oregon is simply the best.
